Wedding and Party Rental Periods
Weekend rentals Friday at 12 pm to Monday at 12 pm. Week day event is 12 pm the day before to 12 pm the day after. Example: Wednesday event - pick up Tuesday 12 pm, return by 12 pm Thursday. Additional day is 50% of rental fee. Inflatables and Dunk Tank are daily rentals.
Jonesboro Rental Center Reservation Policy
1. On all Wedding, Party and Tent Reservations we require full rental fee to reserve each item. We do not take reservations or payments over the phone.
2. A separate cleaning and damage deposit must be paid in full before items are picked up or delivered. Some items have a set deposit amount. For other item orders under $100.00 a $20.00 minimum deposit required, 20% deposit on orders over $100.00. The deposit will be refunded after items have been returned on time, clean and undamaged.
Note: Moon walks will be set up upon return weather and space permitting before deposit refunded.
3. ID Must be presented to receive deposit.
4. MONEY PAID ON RENTALS CAN NOT BE APPLIED TOWARD OTHER ITEMS OR DATES. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
5. Moon walk rentals ONLY. Rain Policy as follows: We will allow you to reschedule for another date upon availability, but no refunds.
Note: The candles that we provide with all candelabras should only be lit one time.Keep candles and candle lighters out of the heat, as the wax will melt causing you problems.
Delivery times are scheduled around all customers and delivery areas. We will call on the morning of delivery and pick up to set up times. We will not deliver items until we make contact with someone. Standard delivery and pick up is front door only during normal business hours. After hour delivery/pickup, set up/take down are available for additional fees.
